Description
The role is responsible for installing, operating, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting company servers, email systems, firewalls, proxies, intrusion detection systems, cloud infrastructure, virtual servers, switches, routers, disaster recovery appliances, and telephony equipment. It also supports internal and external users, coordinates service-provider migrations, provides cloud and IT consulting, and requires experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, virtualization, backup and disaster recovery, networking, and related infrastructure technologies.
