Carrier is hiring a WebCTRL Cloud Onboarding Engineer to support customer deployment of WebCTRL Cloud by guiding customers through certificate installation, BACnet/SC router configuration, Single Sign-On authentication, VPN connectivity, secure deployment practices, troubleshooting, and process documentation. The hybrid role requires work from the Kennesaw, Georgia office as needed and remote work flexibility. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, one year of network security experience, and one year of SSO experience; BACnet/SC, WebCTRL, scripting, Linux, and customer-facing experience are preferred. The annual salary is $64,500 to $129,500, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
