Description
The Cloud Operations Analyst will support, operate, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure for insurance consulting and technology cloud products and services. The role covers IT service management processes, monitoring and alert resolution, production and non-production support, automation, infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD collaboration, documentation, and coordination with architects, engineers, developers, and clients. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, Azure or other cloud experience, infrastructure and monitoring expertise, scripting ability, and ITIL operational knowledge, along with flexibility for rotating shifts.
