Neo4j is hiring a Cloud Operations Engineer to manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve customer Neo4j cloud database environments. The role focuses on ensuring high availability and uptime across cloud-hosted and hybrid infrastructure, responding to incidents, handling escalations, automating operational processes, analyzing system and database metrics, and collaborating with internal teams and customers. The position requires extensive cloud infrastructure and Linux experience, familiarity with major cloud providers, and desirable experience with automation, monitoring, and Kubernetes tools.
