Description
Centric Software is hiring a Cloud Operations Engineer to support public-cloud customers and build and maintain a scalable, highly available C8 cloud application. The role handles customer incidents, deployments, migrations, upgrades, server and database backups, networking, security, automation, and collaboration with Engineering, DevOps, and Support teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least five years of public-cloud infrastructure experience, advanced Linux and containerization expertise, and knowledge of cloud networking, security, configuration-as-code, microservices, and DevOps. The position reports to the Senior Director, Cloud Operations and offers remote work.
