MongoDB is hiring a Cloud Operations Engineer in Bengaluru for a hybrid role supporting Atlas customer uptime. The position coordinates with global Cloud Operations Engineers, scales processes and tools, designs incident-resolution systems, monitors and automates troubleshooting, diagnoses platform and usage incidents, supports outage communication, and participates in a weekly on-call rotation. Candidates need at least eight years of on-call DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Operations experience, Linux and networking expertise, cloud infrastructure knowledge, scripting ability, and a CS/CE degree or equivalent experience.
