Description
The role provides operational and release support for ECHO, Tyler Deploy, and related internal and client environments. Responsibilities include administering AWS resources, Windows servers, and Microsoft SQL Server databases; building automation and infrastructure as code with Terraform, PowerShell, and GitHub; improving monitoring and observability with Datadog; supporting deployments and release validation; troubleshooting operational issues; and participating in a PagerDuty on-call rotation. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of relevant technical experience, and familiarity with Windows Server, SQL Server, AWS, scripting, infrastructure as code, Git, and monitoring platforms.
