Description
Dragos is hiring a Cloud Operations Engineering Manager to lead a remote-first team responsible for the reliability, security, and lifecycle health of customer cloud fleets across Azure, AWS, and GCP. The role manages hiring, performance, workload, on-call coverage, incident escalation, technical direction, audit and compliance, FinOps, observability tooling, and cross-team planning, while reporting team health and risk to engineering leadership. Candidates need at least five years of engineering or cloud operations management experience, including experience with senior and staff-level engineers, cloud operations, on-call rotation management, and senior talent development.
