Description
WPP is hiring a senior Cloud Operations Manager to lead end-to-end cloud operations, operational excellence, monitoring, incident response, governance, vendor performance, and service resilience across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. The role owns the cloud operations strategy and operating model, escalates critical incidents, manages ITSM and operational dashboards, and ensures compliance with security, risk, audit, and business continuity requirements. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree, significant enterprise-scale cloud operations experience, leadership of cloud operations teams and third-party managed service providers, and strong knowledge of ITSM, automation, AIOps, cloud security, and DevOps practices. The position follows a hybrid model with teams in the office around four days per week.
