Description
Xelon is hiring a Cloud Operations Lead to own the daily operation of its Swiss cloud platform, including availability, incident response, monitoring, backup and recovery, networking, storage, datacenter operations, service desk support, and customer communication. The role leads a team of four to six people, manages operational budgets and vendors, maintains ISO 27001 and Swiss data-sovereignty compliance, and supports a VMware-based platform transition. It is based in Zug with a hybrid working model of 80–100% and requires at least five years of IT operations leadership experience, hands-on VMware production experience, networking and datacenter knowledge, German and English proficiency, and Swiss or EU/EFTA work authorization.
