Description
Northstratis seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer to develop custom software components, integrate open-source code, and build and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS, Python or Go, Linux, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools. The role involves designing software architecture from prototype through operational applications, troubleshooting complex issues, and working autonomously toward strategic goals. It is a hybrid position based in Columbia, Maryland, or San Antonio, Texas, with travel requirements for the Columbia-based employee. The position requires substantial platform engineering or software development experience, relevant education or equivalent experience, U.S. citizenship, and a security clearance that will be processed.
