Description
The role provisions and operates the AWS environment supporting agent services, including VPC, Fargate clusters, SNS/SQS messaging, DynamoDB and S3 storage, monitoring, and cross-cloud calls to Azure AI services. Responsibilities include maintaining notification and callback infrastructure, managing infrastructure-as-code, owning observability and alerting for exactly-once processing, coordinating security and regulatory sign-off, and supporting multi-site delivery continuity. The position requires at least five years of AWS infrastructure or DevOps experience, experience operating infrastructure for a regulated client, and comfort working within a client-owned AWS account.
