Description
Bain Capital is hiring a hands-on Cloud / Platform Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operation, reliability, security, governance, and support of AWS and Kubernetes environments. The role includes managing production Kubernetes clusters, AWS guardrails and IAM policies, incident response, escalations, observability, and a ticket-driven support model, while leading and developing a team of cloud and platform engineers. The position requires at least 8 years of cloud infrastructure or platform operations experience, including 2 years in leadership, and offers an expected annual base salary of $180,000–$210,000 plus a discretionary annual bonus.
