CAI is hiring a part-time, remote Cloud Security Analyst Intern to evaluate, secure, monitor, and improve a simulated AWS environment for a fictional client engagement. The role covers IAM and access-control audits, compute and network security assessments, cloud monitoring and detection, remediation, data protection, alerting, incident-response readiness, compliance documentation, and a final capstone report. Candidates need foundational cybersecurity and AWS knowledge, strong written communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently; AWS or cloud-security experience is preferred. The position pays $20 per hour and includes 401(k) retirement account access.
