Description
Apex is hiring a Cloud Security Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and optimize secure cloud environments supporting U.S. government, Department of Defense, and intelligence community missions. The role covers AWS GovCloud, Azure, Google Cloud, identity and access management, cloud-native security tools, vulnerability assessments, compliance reporting, incident response, security automation, and secure CI/CD practices. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, have a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and possess 5–9+ years of cloud security engineering experience. The position requires on-site work five days per week at Apex’s Playa Vista, California office.
