TTEC is hiring a Manager, Cloud Security to lead and oversee its cloud security team while working remotely in Metro Manila, Philippines. The role manages staffing and training, oversees cloud posture and vulnerability management across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments, monitors CSPM/CNAAP findings, governs cloud risks and security controls, supports SOC2, FedRamp, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, and HIPAA compliance, manages security tools, and mentors engineers and analysts. Candidates need 10 years of progressive technology experience, including 5 years in security leadership, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, cloud security certifications, and hands-on experience with major cloud security services.
