Appspace is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Security Engineer to design, implement, and secure cloud configurations, perform manual web application testing, and ensure compliance with industry standards across various cloud platforms, with a strong focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The role involves performing penetration tests, understanding application architecture, optimizing cloud security, managing networks, configuring firewalls and WAFs, integrating SIEM, guiding SaaS security best practices, leading compliance initiatives, engaging with customers, responding to incidents, managing vulnerabilities, staying updated on emerging threats, and continuously researching new security technologies.
