The role leads individual contributors, manages product features and projects, coordinates stakeholders, and develops people and engineering teams. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, typically 10+ years of experience including 3 years of people management, and hands-on expertise in cloud application development, distributed systems, databases, messaging, Kubernetes, microservices, and Python, Golang, and Java. The role is hybrid, with an expectation of working two days per week from an HPE office.
