Microsoft is hiring a Cloud Solution Architect – AI Business Process to serve as a customer-facing technical and business advisor for AI business process applications, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio. The role guides customers through architectural design, proof of concepts, implementation, operational health, performance optimization, and cost-efficiency, while helping them leverage Microsoft technology investments. Candidates need a bachelor's degree and at least two years of relevant cloud, infrastructure, IT consulting, systems administration, software development, architecture, or consulting experience; preferred qualifications include additional years of experience, customer-facing and technical project leadership experience, cloud certifications, and Copilot Studio or Dynamics 365 deployment experience. The role does not offer work visa sponsorship and pays a typical U.S. base salary of USD 86,100–169,800 per year, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
