The customer-facing role advises customers on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 security solutions, including Zero Trust, Purview, data security, Defender, identity and access management, and cloud security. Responsibilities include architectural design, implementation planning, operational health, customer success, stakeholder collaboration, and identifying blockers. The role can be performed up to 50% from home and requires a bachelor's degree and at least four years of relevant cloud, infrastructure, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, technology solutions, architecture, or consulting experience. The typical Canadian base pay range is CAD 96,000 to CAD 177,600 per year.
