Microsoft is hiring a Cloud Solution Architect specializing in Business Applications for a customer-facing role focused on Microsoft Business Applications, low-code agility, and AI transformation. The architect will advise customers and partners on implementation, performance, operational health, growth opportunities, and technical and functional strategies, while providing feedback to Microsoft product and support teams. Required qualifications include relevant experience with Dynamics 365 or similar products, business proficiency in Japanese, at least four years of customer-facing and technical project experience, and a cloud technical certification. A master's degree and six or more years of cloud, infrastructure, solutions, architecture, or consulting experience are preferred.
