Microsoft is hiring a Cloud Solution Architect to serve as a trusted advisor and technical leader for strategic Retail & Consumer Goods customers. The role translates business requirements into scalable Azure, AI, security, data, business application, modern work, and unified solutions; drives adoption, consumption, usage, and expansion; leads complex customer and partner engagements; and provides technical leadership, mentoring, and thought leadership. Candidates need 12+ years of cloud, data, AI, IT consulting, architecture, or related experience, 10+ years in customer-facing work, 8+ years leading technical projects, and technical certification in a cloud platform.
