Microsoft is hiring a Cloud Solution Architect Manager to lead a hands-on coding team supporting enterprise, recruit, and growth partners. The role owns technical strategy, partner co-engineering, AI-first solutions across Copilot, Agents, Azure, Security, and AI, business impact, partner orchestration, executive engagement, scalable intellectual property, and thought leadership. It requires a bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant cloud, IT, architecture, or consulting experience, plus 3+ years of people management experience. The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship and offers a base pay range of USD 130,900 to USD 251,900 per year, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
