Microsoft is hiring a Global Cross-Solution Partner Solution Architect to serve as a senior technical advisor to strategic channel partners and partner CTOs. The role owns global partner technology transformation, cloud transformation, AI and cloud solution strategy, Centers of Excellence, factories, and scalable service offerings. Responsibilities include influencing partner roadmaps, collaborating with Microsoft engineering and product teams, communicating complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders, and shaping partner technology strategies across Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, AI, security, data, and modern work. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus 8+ years of technical consulting, architecture, or strategy experience, or equivalent professional experience, along with 10+ years of relevant global or enterprise solution architecture, technical strategy, or partner technology leadership experience.
