Description
The Infrastructure Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) serves as a trusted technical advisor to Microsoft's mission-critical customers, improving the reliability, resilience, security, performance, and operational maturity of Azure environments. The role leads complex infrastructure, platform, and application incidents, performs root-cause analysis, assesses operational risk, recommends reliability and recovery improvements, and coordinates with customers and Microsoft teams across global time zones. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 7+ years of experience supporting mission-critical production environments, along with experience in incident leadership, enterprise customer engagement, reliability improvements, telemetry, monitoring, and disaster recovery.
