The role manages customer engagement, technical capacity, account targeting, operational metrics, Unified EDE/DE implementation, and team development while reporting on revenue and usage outcomes. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of operational or customer-facing experience, people-management experience, AI and systems-integration knowledge, and fluent English; AI and GitHub Copilot knowledge are preferred.
