The Cloud & AI Platform Solution Engineer is a customer-facing technical sales role focused on winning technical decisions for application modernization and AI solutions. The role leads strategic engagements, designs and demonstrates agentic AI and Microsoft platform architectures, supports POCs and partner ecosystems, consults on customer security and digital transformation needs, and contributes to go-to-market and product feedback. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus either four or more years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience, or five years of equivalent experience; relevant certifications are preferred.
