Description
The role monitors the health of 120 servers, supports a technology refresh, troubleshoots server and virtual machine issues, escalates hardware and software faults, maintains managed-system compliance, provisions multi-tenant resources, applies patches, and manages services including Active Directory, SQL Database, Veeam Backup, Microsoft Configuration Manager, and SEPM. It requires an information technology or related diploma, at least two years of IT experience, RHEL and Windows Server administration experience, Nutanix and Ansible experience, and a professional-level cloud or hyper-converged infrastructure certification. Only Singaporeans are considered for this opportunity.
