Unit4 is hiring a Cloud Engagement Consultant/Cloud Support Consultant for its Cloud Hub team. The role serves as the primary contact for cloud-related questions and service requests, coordinates stakeholder communication, maintains an AI-driven knowledge base, supports compliance and security, standardizes engagement resources, creates user guides and training materials, and helps promote adoption of cloud tools and processes. The position is primarily support-oriented rather than hands-on engineering, requires a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field plus at least three years of cloud or IT service experience, and may require security clearance and background checks.
