Description
Snowflake is hiring a Cloud Support Engineer in Pune, India, to provide technical support for customers using Snowflake Cortex and its machine learning product lines. The role involves troubleshooting complex data, integrations, programmability, DevOps, Kubernetes, and AI/ML issues; investigating large language models; documenting solutions; reporting bugs and feature requests; and partnering with engineering teams. It requires at least two years of technical support or similar experience, a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience, cloud and Python knowledge, and an intermediate understanding of large language models. The position works the fourth night shift, typically starting at 10:00 PM IST, with pager duty during nights, weekends, and holidays.
