Snowflake is hiring a Cloud Support Engineer in Pune, India, to provide technical support for customers using Snowflake Cortex and its machine learning product lines. The role involves troubleshooting complex data, integrations, Python, ML, LLM, DevOps, Kubernetes, and programmability issues; documenting solutions and bugs; collaborating with engineering teams; and participating in support initiatives. The position requires at least two years of technical support or similar experience, a relevant bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent practical experience, cloud and Python knowledge, and availability for a night shift starting at 10:00 PM IST with pager duty during nights, weekends, and holidays.
