Snowflake is hiring a Cloud Support Engineer — Application Security for its Pune, India support team. The role provides technical guidance to customers and partners on authentication, authorization, identity providers, network policies, access control, and other security-related issues; troubleshoots and resolves incidents; documents solutions; reports bugs and feature requests; and partners with engineering teams. The position requires at least two years of technical support experience, a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience, strong English communication, cloud and security knowledge, and availability for night-shift coverage, pager duty, and schedule changes.
