Description
PrideGlobal is hiring a Cloud Support Engineer in Seattle, Washington for a 12-month contract-to-hire engagement with a hybrid schedule of three days on-site and two weeks on call on a round-robin basis. The role provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 cloud infrastructure support, incident management, request fulfillment, AWS and SaaS platform administration, identity and access management, observability, backup and recovery, security guardrails, audit support, documentation, and mentorship. Candidates must have AWS support experience, Terraform and Python skills, at least three years of hands-on AWS support experience, and at least six years of hands-on information technology experience. The position pays $65–$70 per hour on W2 and includes eligible employee healthcare coverage.
