Description
Base Media Cloud is hiring a permanent Cloud Systems Engineer for a hybrid role focused on implementing and supporting cloud-native media services. The position covers multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, IBM Cloud, and GCP, including provisioning, Terraform, object storage, networking, virtual machines, media asset management, transcoding, remote editing, and accelerated file transfer. Responsibilities also include second- and third-line engineering support, troubleshooting, monitoring, documentation, CI/CD assistance, and service onboarding. Candidates need at least three years of cloud or media engineering experience, public-cloud expertise, infrastructure-as-code and automation experience, Linux familiarity, and the legal right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.
