Description
Tech Data is hiring a Cloud Systems Engineer to support Microsoft CSP partners across Modern Work, Azure, and AWS. The role provides Level 1 and 2 technical support, onboarding, provisioning, billing, troubleshooting, ticket escalation, cloud migration and implementation project work, AI enablement, documentation, training, and on-call support. Candidates need at least two years of cloud support, service desk, or partner-facing technical experience, familiarity with Microsoft and AWS services, ticketing-system experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and an interest in AI.
