Description
TherapyNotes is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to improve the reliability, availability, performance, scalability, resilience, observability, incident response, and operational automation of its 24×7 SaaS production services and shared platforms. The role partners with development, infrastructure, database, security, and other technology teams; owns Datadog reliability practices; designs and maintains critical high-availability systems; leads incident response and root-cause analysis; improves deployment safety and service resilience; and provides on-call production support. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of engineering experience, cloud and containerization expertise, Linux and networking fundamentals, observability and automation experience, and production on-call participation. Compensation is $110,000–$150,000, with health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, profit sharing, training, and mentorship benefits.
