Description
PTC is hiring a SO&S PLM Technical Architect Manager to lead a team of PLM Technical Architects across EMEA. The role combines people leadership with technical architecture and advisory work for Windchill and cloud-hosted PLM solutions, including system assessments, performance tuning, integrations, customer escalations, operational improvements, automation, and stakeholder management. The manager will also support resource planning, employee development, and strategic customer engagements.
