Description
Entrust is hiring a Cloud Technical Program Manager to serve as the strategic liaison between Entrust and its managed cloud services partners. The role coordinates cross-functional initiatives across operations, engineering, security, compliance, product, professional services, customer success, and partner teams; manages vendor relationships, release governance, incident and change processes, security and compliance oversight, KPI reporting, risk mitigation, and service transitions; and supports global cloud platform expansion. The position is based in Shakopee, Minnesota, or Ottawa, Canada, with hybrid or US/Canada remote options, and requires 8+ years of technical program management experience, including at least 5 years focused on cloud infrastructure, SaaS operations, or platform engineering.
