Zones LLC is hiring a Cloud Technical Specialist to provide technical and licensing support for Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud identity solutions. The role troubleshoots authentication, access management, networking, and cloud infrastructure issues; manages Azure subscriptions and resources; supports customer administrators; escalates complex technical challenges; and meets service-level agreements. Candidates should have strong Microsoft cloud and identity knowledge, experience with cloud infrastructure and ticketing systems, and the ability to work rotating first-, second-, or third-shift schedules. Microsoft certifications are preferred, and the role includes optional health insurance, life insurance, EOBI, a pension scheme, meals, and gym access.
