Zones LLC is hiring a Cloud Technical Specialist to provide technical and licensing support for Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud identity solutions. The role troubleshoots authentication, access management, networking, and cloud infrastructure issues; manages subscriptions and resource consumption; serves as a primary contact for customer and partner inquiries; and collaborates with Microsoft, partners, and internal teams. Candidates need strong Microsoft cloud and identity knowledge, licensing and CSP experience, troubleshooting skills, ticketing-system experience, and the ability to work rotating first-, second-, or third-shifts. Microsoft certifications are preferred, and the role includes optional health insurance, life insurance, EOBI, a pension scheme, meals, and gym access.
