The Cloudera Hadoop Administrator will monitor, install, configure, maintain, and optimize large enterprise Hadoop environments, including Cloudera platforms, HDFS, YARN, Hive, Spark, Kafka, ZooKeeper, and Oozie. The role covers Linux and Unix administration, shell scripting, troubleshooting, security, backups, disaster recovery, high availability, production deployments, and performance tuning, with on-call and vendor-support experience. Candidates need at least five years of enterprise Hadoop administration experience and certification in Cloudera Hadoop administration.
