Ascertra is hiring a Cloud Operations Engineer to support production, development, and test environments across multiple cloud platforms, databases, and technologies. The role involves troubleshooting infrastructure, application, database, and networking issues; managing cloud-hosted services; improving reliability, resilience, performance, and cost efficiency; supporting disaster recovery; developing automation; remediating security vulnerabilities; and participating in an on-call rota. The position strengthens Ascertra’s European coverage and requires strong technical fundamentals, independent ownership, and the ability to learn new technologies.
