Description
PTC is hiring a CloudOps Lead to own the operation, reliability, security, compliance, automation, and continuous improvement of cloud-hosted SaaS and customer environments. The role manages infrastructure across Azure and AWS, supports customer onboarding and escalations, leads incident response, and partners with development, DevOps, security, product, and customer success teams. It requires at least five years of cloud infrastructure experience, leadership experience in cloud operations or platform engineering, and expertise in Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, networking, security, observability, and production incident management.
