Description
The Cloud Operations SME (L2/L2.5) provides hands-on AWS cloud operations support, incident resolution, infrastructure administration, change and deployment execution, security and compliance activities, automation, and continuous operational improvement. The role requires 6–8 years of infrastructure or cloud operations experience, including substantial AWS experience, Linux administration, troubleshooting, and ITIL-based incident, problem, change, and request management. Preferred qualifications include Terraform, CloudFormation, Python or Shell scripting, Azure or GCP exposure, and AWS or ITIL certifications.
