Description
The Manufacturing Supervisor leads production, maintenance, quality, safety, and administrative activities at the Oskaloosa plants. The role plans resources, assigns work, monitors production and maintenance efficiency, conducts daily team meetings and performance conversations, trains new hires, coordinates EHS inspections and training, and supports business strategy. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of prior leadership experience in a manufacturing or maintenance environment are required; a bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of foundry leadership experience are preferred.
