Description
The Manufacturing Operations Lead plans and allocates resources, manages production schedules and material flow, monitors quality and scrap, and coordinates with schedulers and customer needs. The role also leads team members through daily start-up meetings, floor walks, safety and training, performance conversations, coaching, and EHS inspections. It requires a high school diploma and prior manufacturing leadership experience; a bachelor’s degree or two years of Clow Valve hydrant-production leadership experience is preferred.
