CLS Finance is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst – Strategic Modeling & Analytics in Wilmington, Delaware, for a Monday–Friday hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office. The position serves as a quantitative architect and strategic financial partner for the CLS group, owning driver-based P&L and product-line profitability models, capacity and revenue forecasting, technology and AI investment ROI models, variance analysis, budget and forecasting assumptions, executive financial narratives, and analytics dashboards. Candidates need 3–5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, financial modeling, management consulting, or corporate strategy, a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, and familiarity with Oracle EPM; Power BI or Tableau experience is preferred.
