Description
The Bartender is responsible for mixing, controlling, dispensing, preparing, and serving a variety of beverages, including liquors, beers, and fine wines. The role also maintains bar equipment and service items, explains and sells beverages to patrons, and performs other assigned duties. Required qualifications include customer service, communication, cash-register and POS operation, cocktail-mixing ability, extensive liquor, beer, and wine knowledge, physical ability to perform bar duties, a high school diploma, and the ability to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing and pass a background investigation.
