Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco is hiring a full-time, in-person Clubhouse Director for its Tenderloin Clubhouse in San Francisco. The role provides high-level leadership and daily operational oversight of the club, including staff supervision, program delivery, data-driven outcome tracking, community partnerships, risk and facility management, and budget oversight. The position requires 5 to 7 years of leadership experience in human services or education, strong communication and leadership skills, and First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain it. Compensation is $92,000 to $100,000 per year with benefits, including health coverage, retirement contributions, PTO, and professional development opportunities.
