AECOM is hiring a Solar PMC Construction Manager to oversee the complete construction lifecycle of a landmark gigawatt-scale solar asset. The role manages multi-contractor EPC frameworks, civil and electrical infrastructure, work-front surveillance, contractor and interface coordination, quality and safety compliance, manpower and equipment deployment, commissioning, grid integration, and handover readiness. Candidates need at least 10–15 years of heavy infrastructure construction experience, including 5+ years managing mega-scale solar projects, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline; the role may be performed from an AECOM office, remote location, or client site.
